COMPANY INTRODUCTION
Rizhao Zhongrui Group is a comprehensive industry and trading enterprise group approved by Ministry of commerce of China. It¡¯s engaged in international trade, biotechnology project, steel & iron smelting, ferro-alloy, logistics and capital & brand operation etc. Our main business of international trade is importing iron ore, manganese ore, chrome ore, and other minerals, and importing chemical raw materials & tapioca chips, etc. exporting products including all kinds of steel products and native agricultural products and textiles etc. Totally achieves (the whole group) an annual operating amount of USD720 million.
Our Group has investment and set up 12 branch companies and factories, as well as the ecdemic offices in Shanghai, Lianyungang, Qingdao, Linyi etc.
We invested Shandong Richeast Biological Technology Co., Ltd in Linyi city years ago. It can produce 60,000 tons alcohol, 60,000tons ethyl acetate, 30,000 tons formaldehyde, and the relative renewable products per year. We are also investing a new industrial project -- Cellulose (output 7000tons per year) in this year. Our property company reserve 212MU commercial land. The liquor products-especially ourself-owned Brands-ZHUGELIANG FAMILY SERIES and CAPITAL OF MARINE become more popular. We invested and held about 5 middle steel factories, they are our strategy partners which produce plates rolling, steel bars, angle iron, tube blank, and other products.
We are awarded ¡°GRADE AA¡± enterprise by the Customs. We are ¡°CREDIT AAA¡± and ¡°Credit AA+¡± company in bank system, the total credit funds in main state and joint-stock bank is about 4.6 billion RMB. We have been authorized the qualified importer of Iron Ore by Ministry of Commerce of P.R.C. and CCCMC. Also we are awarded ¡°Grade AA¡± importer by CCCMC. We have been awarded ¡°Abiding contract, Best Credit Enterprise¡± by the municipal government for many times.
